We ship from two locations (Canada & India) depending on the product you order.

1) Made-to-Order Linen Clothing — Ships directly from our Design Studio in India

Our women’s garments are made to order in our Himalayan studio and shipped directly to you.

  • FREE Worldwide Shipping (on all MTO linen clothing)
  • USA Orders: We pay all duties and tariffs
  • Production Time: 2–4 weeks
  • Delivery Time After Dispatch: Typically 5–10 business days
  • Courier: DHL, FedEx, or similar fully tracked service

Each piece is crafted after you place your order — designed for quality, not speed.

2) Ready Stock (Scarves, Shawls, Pashmina & Home Décor) — Ships from Toronto, Canada

Our ready-stock handcrafted textiles ship from Toronto.

  • FREE Shipping on all orders over $195 CAD
  • Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $9.95
  • Express Shipping: $24.00
  • Processing: 1–3 business days

USA

  • FREE Shipping over $250 CAD
  • Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $16.50
  • Express Shipping: $29.50
  • Processing: 1–3 business days

International

  • FREE Shipping over $495 CAD
  • Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $28.00
  • Processing: 1–3 business days

Orders with Items from Both Locations

If your order includes products from both India and Canada, they will be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Linen Clothing (India):

    • USA: No duties or tariffs (we cover this)

    • Other countries: duties/taxes may apply based on local regulations

  • Toronto Shipments:

    • Duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility
