We ship from two locations—our design studio in India and our Canada office—depending on the products ordered.

 


1. Made-to-Order Linen Clothing

Ships directly from our design studio in India.

Every linen garment is thoughtfully made-to-order in our Himalayan studio and shipped directly to you.

  • Worldwide Shipping: FREE
  • USA Orders: All customs duties and tariffs included
  • Worldwide Orders: We cover all applicable customs duties
  • Production/Dispatch Time: Typically 4–7 business days
  • Delivery Time After Dispatch: Approximately 7–15 business days
  • Tracking: Fully tracked delivery through ShipGlobal, DHL, or a comparable courier

If your chosen fabric or colour requires additional production time, we’ll contact you promptly.

Each piece is made especially for you, with careful attention to fit, finish, and craftsmanship.

 


2. Ready-to-Ship Textiles

Scarves, shawls, pashminas and home décor shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Ready-stock products are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders Shipped from Both Locations

If your order includes products from both India and Canada, they will arrive in separate shipments. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each package at no additional shipping cost.

 


Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Made-to-Order Linen Clothing Shipped from India: We cover all applicable customs duties and import tariffs worldwide—including all USA orders. No customs charges upon delivery.
  • Products Shipped from Canada: Any applicable import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. (Customs requirements vary by country. Your local customs authority can provide the most accurate information before ordering.)
