Our garments are individually made in our studio, while our scarves and textile pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Subtle variations in colour, weave and texture are natural characteristics that make each piece unique—not defects.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Kuttons. If your item isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

How Do I Return an Item?

1. Email contact@kuttons.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll send you the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused
• In their original condition with tags attached
• Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup or other marks

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale:

• Custom-fit or personalized garments
• Garments with requested adjustments
• Sale items with a reduced or strike-through price

• Gift cards

Return Shipping & Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties, taxes, brokerage or courier charges associated with the return.

International parcels must be declared as:

“Returned Goods – Customer Return – No Commercial Sale”

Any unpaid return-related charges may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the approved return costs.

Please retain the item and packaging until we resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is refused or returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, shipping, customs and return charges may be deducted from the refund.

Natural Characteristics

Linen and handcrafted textiles may have slight variations in texture, weave or colour. These natural characteristics are part of their beauty and are not considered defects.
