How do I return?

Our products are handcrafted by master weavers/artisans one piece at a time. Due to the handmade nature of the items, slight variations, unevenness, and minor imperfections in colours, sizes, and weaving may occur. These add character and make each item unique in its own way. Please note that such irregularities will not be considered defects or damages. |

For Returns: Contact Us Within 3 Days of Delivery
If you are not satisfied with your product, please get in touch with us at contact@kuttons.com within three days of delivery for returns.
Return Conditions
All products must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with tags and labels ready for resale. There should be no traces of perfume, deodorant, makeup, etc.

Final Sale on Customized Orders
- Customized Made-to-Order (MTO) items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Sale Items (Not Eligible)
- Products on Sale with strike-through prices are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded. Our Gift Cards are also final sale items and non-refundable.
Return of Defective/Damaged Items
For defective or damaged items, be sure to get in touch with us immediately within three days with photographs of damaged items at contact@kuttons.com. We will substitute or replace the item or issue you a refund at our discretion. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. We will not accept COD shipments.
Shipping Damage
Kuttons is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If your goods are damaged, Kuttons will file a claim with the carrier. Please provide photos of both the damaged product and the packaging. Retain all packaging and products until the claim is resolved.
Refused Delivery
Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Kuttons is not liable for address information errors. Returned shipments result in a refund minus shipping and any return or customs fees. For refused deliveries with free shipping, refunds are less Kuttons' shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned in good condition are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs Delay Advisory
Shipments to the USA and international locations may face customs delays, affecting delivery times beyond our control. Consider potential border holdups before selecting expedited shipping options.
What is the process?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
