Organic Cotton

Organic cotton, including the extraordinary non genetically-modified variety known as organic Kala cotton from India, is celebrated for their environmental sustainability and soft, gentle touch on the skin.

Organic cotton is durable, breathable, and hypoallergenic, making it perfect for daily use.

Care Instructions:

• Wash gently in cold water, by hand or on a delicate cycle.
• Use mild detergents that are eco-friendly to maintain fabric integrity.
• Avoid bleach to preserve the natural colours.
• Dry in the shade to prevent shrinking and fading.
• Iron on a low setting to keep the fabric smooth without damage.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

High-Quality Cotton

High-quality cotton (Suvin, Pima, Supima, Egyptian cotton and Sea Island cotton) is fortunately easy to care for, but following the correct care instructions ensures your garments remain in top condition. Below are some essential tips to help maintain your cotton fabrics:

Care Instructions:

• Machine wash or hand wash. Use cold or low-temperature water to preserve colors. Wash with similar light colors.
• Use mild detergents that are eco-friendly to maintain fabric integrity.
• Avoid bleach to preserve the natural colours.
• Air dry when possible to extend the garment's lifespan. If using a dryer, do not overdry. Partially dry, then hang to air dry. Avoid putting dress shirts in the dryer; always air dry to prevent interlining damage.
• Iron on a low setting. Iron dress shirts while damp for easy wrinkle removal.
• Wash clothes inside out to avoid pilling. Avoid washing jeans after every wear. Follow the specific care instructions on your garment's label.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Pashmina Cashmere
