2. Developing Patterns

  • Once the design is finalized, our expert master craftsmen develop precise patterns.
  • These patterns are the blueprint for your garment, ensuring a perfect fit and flawless structure.

3. Prototyping on Muslin

  • Before crafting your garment with our premium linen, we create a prototype using muslin fabric.
  • This stage allows our team to review and refine every detail for quality and design accuracy.

4. Cutting and Sewing

  • After the muslin sample has been checked and approved for quality, craftsmanship and fit, we hand-cut our European linen fabric to match the pattern, ensuring minimal waste.
  • Our skilled tailors bring the design to life, sewing each piece with precision and care.

The Double Washing Advantage

To give you the very best, we go beyond standard practices. All our garments undergo a double washing process to ensure they are pre-shrunk, softened, and ready to wear.

  • Stage 1: Post-Cutting Wash

Once the fabric is cut, it is washed, dried, and ironed to enhance its softness and remove any shrinkage.

  • Stage 2: Post-Sewing Wash

After the garment is crafted, each garment is individually washed, dried, and ironed again. This ensures every piece arrives flawlessly, ready to fit you perfectly from the first wear.
